I found Leonardo Travels through TripAdvisor because I was looking for a reliable company to pick my husband and I up from Naples airport and take us close to Sorrento. I read lots of good reviews about the company owner (Ugo). I contacted Ugo by email and he was quick at responding and very clear with the cost which was fabulous. I found his quotation the most reasonably priced as well. I decided to arrange a transfer with his company and it was the best decision I made. When we arrived in Naples, Ugo was waiting for us as promised. The journey to our hotel was a good one and the conversation with Ugo was great. We were so impressed with the transfer that we decided to use Ugo for all of our journeys in and around Sorrento. Ever time he picked us up from our hotel, he was always early and waiting with a smile. I would highly recommend his company (Leonardo Travels).

Our driver, Ugo, was waiting for us at the train station in Naples when we arrived. He is very friendly and easy to talk to (in English). We investigated different ways to get to Positano and for the convenience and cost this was the best. Thought about getting there by ferry but because of heavy seas the ferries weren't running that day and trying to take the bus with all the transfers really seemed like too much trouble. This was a comfortable worry free trip with a friendly driver. We scheduled the return trip and asked for Ugo and he was right on time at or hotel in Positano. There was no parking near our hotel and we were concerned about how it would work. He actually arrived to Positano early and then waited for the agreed time to pick us up, so considerate. We were out front on time, Ugo showed up in front of the hotel exactly on time and loaded our bags and we were off. You can't go wrong with Ugo and Leonardo Travels.

Ugo collected us on our return journey, arrived early to take us back to the airport, his English was superb & we chatted all the way to the airport. We have used sorrrentocars.com for many years when coming to the Beautiful coast. Ugo and staff are very responsive and always accommodating. This time our driver, Luigi, was excellent. He met us at the airport and expertly navigated the roads all the way to Marine Del Cantone. Thank you to Ugo, Luigi, and all the wonderful staff! We will see you again next year!

If you need a 5* airport transfer or a taxi to get you around Sorrento and the surrounding area you MUST book this company. Ugo is an absolute gentleman, extremely reliable and offers very very competitive fares. His taxi was immaculate and the fare was advised even before we travelled from England. it was very easy working with Leonardo Travels/Sorrento Cars for our transfers from Naples Centrale to our hotel in Sorrento on June 1 and then back to the station almost a week later. Communication before and during the trip was great. Both drivers were prompt and extremely professional. Rates were better than competitive with other services. I highly recommend this business based on our experience.

We used Leonardo Travels for two transfers during our stay in Sorrento (one to dinner about 20 minutes away and one to the Naples airport). Great service, friendly drivers, very prompt, and the most affordable quotes we received. They even accommodated us when our dinner ended early and we asked them to pick us up ahead of our scheduled time. Highly recommend!

We have been using this company for many years, and we have recommended them to friends and family they have never let us down. The drivers are courteous, professional and helpful. One year there was a strike and the road was closed from Sorrento on the way to the airport, Ugo made us aware and changed timings pulling out all the stops to get us to the airport on time we went via Amalfi! I cannot recommend him and his team of drivers highly enough.

What a great service! Ugo was so attentive and patient to my abundance of questions HAHA! I have absolutely no complaints with his service. Highly recommend and will 100% use him again! He arrived on time at the airport with no issues and we had a beautiful smooth ride to Positano. Not to mention the views along the way! Being jet lagged, we asked if he could stop for coffee, given his tight schedule he still made the time - which we really appreciated! I was skeptical to use his service given the few Trip Advisor reviews but do not let that defer you - serve was great and the best part. He is the MOST affordable out of the 7 companies I reached out too. I am very satisfied- If you need a transfer I highly recommend! Thanks again Ugo - Hope to see you soon again someday 🙂

Booked a transfer from our accommodation to Naples airport with no hassle whatsoever, was on time (in fact, already waiting for us when we got to reception!). Comfortable journey, driver was very friendly and helpful. Definitely saved us when we realised our accommodation were apparently fully booked on their transfer shuttle!

We had the best experience with our transfer from the Rome Naples airport to Sorrento. Our driver was prompt and pleasant and even took us for a limoncello shot. We also used the car service to Bari. I highly recommend their services.
